AUSTIN (Oden Hughes LLC) – A local developer has broken ground on a new 570-unit apartment project near the city’s Southpark Meadows mixed-use development.
Oden Hughes LLC is building Landmark Southpark at the corner of S. First St. and Slaughter Ln. The first phase will include 285 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from $750 to $1,700 per month. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, gaming center and dog park.
Kelly Grossman is Landmark Southpark’s designer. Phase one is planned for completion in first quarter 2014.
