The Residents Club is the center of the social and sporting life of Teravista.  Friends meet in the Gathering Room graced by a fireplace, comfortable chairs, vaulted ceiling and large flat screen TV.  Enjoy a cup of Joe on Us.

On the National Registry of Historic Places, the beautiful Ranch House is over 150 years old and host many Teravista events.  From social teas, private luncheons to Live Music Concerts and Dinner.  Its charming interiors and cozy back patio fire pit overlooks the 18th hole making it the perfect place for intimate wedding or family gathering.

This amazing 7,200-yard, daily fee, 18-hole championship golf course is ideal for a round of golf after work and every weekend.  After your round, enjoy lunch at the Caldwell Cafe in the Teravista Golf Club.  Preferred rates for residents.

Our youngest students, kindergarten through fifth grade can walk or bike to school with Teravista Elementary School located right within the community.   The school has a very active parent teaher association and is also recognized as an “Exemplary” school.  A second onsite elementary school is planned.
